Added new menus and reworked old ones, now you can access menus from first level dropdowns, no more silly 'Close' buttons, dropdowns close on mouse clicks outside menu area, no more silly query server button, items refresh on mouseover, fixed strata of main window to stop it from hiding behind action bars, added some new tables for reputations, donation rewards, added missing items, fixed icons, tooltips and more
