OctoWow - Forums

I've been reading some version of "Twinks ruin pvp" for about two decades now, and just wanted to share my experience playing here on Octo and on TWOW specifically.

On both servers I play a 39 night elf feral druid. On both servers I have/had no characters higher than level 39.

On TWOW with full ...

Thanks. I will of course try to keep stuff like that to myself.

I'm still trying to understand where the line is drawn. Is it specifically the swear word? If someone I believe treated me or the group unfairly, am I allowed to tell them what I think about their behavior as long as I don't use ...

Bump

The only thing I can think is insulting a player. I never got confirmation of what the ban was actually for, but since I appealed and the ban was reduced to one week, I assume that’s what it was.

Even though it was reduced, a one-week ban still feels completely unreasonable to me. I can understand ...

As long as the donation shop still has items like portable bank, AH, and vendor I do agree that these should be BoE. Players who never donate don't have access to items like these, and these items are effectively a gold/hour multiplier. To me, buying gold straight up and buying a permanent gold/hour ...

Yes please! turtlewow had this and I was surprised to find out it's not a feature here. I want to be able to gauge someones level of gear at a glance, this is very useful for pvp and it also makes the world feel more real. What you see is actually what they wear.

What makes you believe it would not be substantial?

Because you have no credible proof pointing towards it being substantial.

And I'm sure the devs would invalidate the poll should a substantial part of the result be ...

Not to a measurable degree, no. You can cope however you like but the reality is that most people either want you to be able to self-boost or they simply do not care.

Self-boosting requires multiple accounts, right?

And each account gets one vote, right?

If that's the case, then players ...

Americans literally cannot accept that a majority disagrees with them.

Ofcourse the poll is skewed, as my opinion is the only one that matters!

Clown attitude.

You don't think people in favor of boosting are more likely to have multiple accounts?

Not to a measurable degree, no. You can ...

I know I'm going to get mad hate... but towards the end of Turtle wow it felt like there were way too many raids to cram into 1 week. MC/BWL/AQ40/Naxx/K40 then Timbermaw...

thoughts on doubling the loot and putting them on a 2 week lockout? I know it sounds crazy at first but raiding 4-5 ...
