Oh my, best to probably stop here. This is nowhere near the same in comparison to what your guild leader admitted to. Coming to a forum does nothing for your cause. Even if some people got lumped into the ban wave that "may not" of been participating they knew very well what was going on and are guilty by association. I highly doubt they weren't involved though.

GM's can look into so much of what and when it was happening. Let's not be foolish and think they don't have clear evidence of the warnings being ignored and these actions still taking place. I have seen none of these individuals in BG's and yet they mysteriously are holding high standings the past few weeks.

Those of us that pvp daily and are in the BG's know very well that honor gains in the open world are few and far between. If you are not bg grinding, yet somehow in the top 10 that in itself is fishy as hell. Stop acting like people were born yesterday and suck it up. These individuals played with fire and got burned. Time to move on or go again in a more 'honorable' way.

I would like to provide some clarification regarding the situation.

About ten days ago, several members of the guild engaged in a few duels. We were not aware that this practice was prohibited.

Following this, we received a warning from GM Valette, if I remember correctly. I immediately relayed this information to the entire guild and informed everyone that dueling or fighting fellow guild members was not allowed.

Since that warning, several people have continued to spread false information in the channel for several days. After putting up with this for a week, I eventually decided yesterday to respond in kind and troll them back.

I believe it should be easy to verify that, since the warning was issued, no further duels or fights between guild members have taken place.

I would also like to respond to the statement made by the individual above.

Contrary to what has been claimed, it does not appear that any prior verification was carried out.

Had any checks been performed, it would have been easy to see that for the past two weeks my statistics have remained at zero: 0 honor, 0 downs, and 0 kills.

These facts clearly demonstrate that I have not participated in any activity of this nature during that period.

This will, of course, be my final message on this matter, as I do not wish to continue engaging in a discussion that I believe has become unnecessary. From my perspective, the handling of this situation has been rather confusing and chaotic.

That being said, I sincerely wish everyone a pleasant and enjoyable day. After all, it's worth remembering that we are here to play a game.

Thanks for letting us know you and your toxic childish guild were in fact the ones which chain reported some of our members based on nothing else than your petty rage and some moral highground you are not entitled to carry in any way.

Oh and very neat of you to cut only the parts you can use to back your point of view as facts, but again, no surprise here, classic alternative facts operating mode.

No one in Deja-vu exceeds pvp rank 6, may be 7 for the few guys which are actually doing battlegrounds atm, most of these ranks were obtained weeks ago when killing only ONE person in open world would get you to rank 3. And I've seen some rank 10+ on the serv already, none from our guild, and def not from battlegrounds.

Few of our guys like Slimoue had been trolling on worldchat in reaction to your trash talk and constant bitchy whining, but fact is any GM can check the logs : there has not been any win trade whatsoever in anyway ever since warning has been issued weeks ago. In fact, GM has not checked the logs, and I blame Valette here for just giving in to the constant pressure you have been putting on them and us with your whining and reports for no actual reason.

You guys are toxic, this is a beta very new server on which few guilds are actually playing to keep it alive and growing, which Déjà-vu is part of. You have been behaving in a way more toxic way towards other players (gankings, killing fly masters, harassing people, trash talking) than we did, in a very borderline fashion regarding the actual rules, and didn't get punished whatsoever for doing so.

Which you should have been. At least few of your members, like Snack which can play nice in whispering on of our officers but has been one of the most active trashtalker on the chan, should get a temp ban if Rescato did for no other reason than trolling on the world.

Your GM, Lopp, witnessed the whole dual at Kara cim thing and knew what was happening, and did not stop his guild members for reporting something that resulted in no honor being made what so ever and wasn't win trade in any way. When asked to at least tell the truth on discord to that whiny Talon guy which deleted his message, he did not.

What is wrong with Levia guys ? What on earth is wrong with GMs issueing bans without checking logs ?
