A response to "Twinks ruin Pvp"

Anyone being able to twink is a valid argument. Anyone can do it, and it's not even that hard. Why do you consider it "trying hard" and why do you even have a problem with that? Putting effort into things and achieving success because of it is an important aspect of life as much as gaming. Are you saying you'd rather be playing a game that rewards low effort? Instant-gratification is a false economy.

And clearly I am not "destroying the fun" of most players, because BGs in 30-39 on Octo are lit, they are very active when we're not being DDOSed.

Like my post said, getting best in slot gear on a level 39 does not take long at all, it's not super hard, and it can be done without a higher level main farming gold to pay for enchants/gear.

So again, it just sounds like you're complaining that you're not being rewarded for putting in minimal effort.

Maybe PVE is more your speed? I'd recommend questing or maybe dungeons. Those aspects of the game were more designed for a wider general audience vs pvp which was designed for people with a more competitive nature.

Maybe you're just not cut out for this more challenging aspect of the game?

Needless to say, I believe you're having an argument with a person that exists only in your head, because you haven't accurately characterized anything so far.

I never said that low effort would be the alternative. You want EVEN matches. You want FAIR matches. This makes hard matches. By playing like you play YOU are taking the advantage and take away those most likely more fair matches. You are the problem, by forcing everyone to gear up and level to 39 (instead of queuing earlier).
You are creating for yourself this instant gratification by giving you an extreme advantage. You destroy the challenge.

You are forcing players to adapt to your playstyle, forcing them to gear up, only queue at 39. This alienates the playstyle because most players just level and gear up on the way and not prepare like you for your battlegrounds at 39. You are completely destroying bgs for casual players, then legitimizing your braindead logic by saying "everyone could".

Players can choose to join BGs at whatever level they want, I don't force them to do anything. Players can also enter raids when they hit 60 at any gear level they want. They can try to main tank BWL with trash greens, but they're probably not going to have a good time doing so.

And again, I am not completely destroying BGs for casual players, casual players join low level BGs all day every day, so that is simply factually not true.

Instead of whinging here, why not give twinking a shot? It would probably only take you about a week to get it setup, its very simple and low effort, and then you can get the true low level pvp experience.

Also, boy, you're gonna have a real surprise when you try AV for the first time at lvl 51 and face off against a Grand Marshal.

This game is full of choices, and you're just whining that you can't be good at everything without putting minimal effort. My character's name is Megaera, come see me any time when the server is up. Anyone who does regular 30-39 BGs will likely have played with me or against me.

This isn't what I said, you are misquoting me, and ignoring my explanation that the 8k HP was with a pve build that is not used in pvp. Tell me friend, why do you have to use misinformation to try and win an argument. That seems pretty small.
