I was playing from Russia last week when something happened—I got kicked out of the game and couldn't log back in. I later found out it was due to your security system and that I needed to verify my IP address. I followed your instructions, and after 20 minutes, I was able to log in and everything worked fine. Today—almost a week later—I decided to play again; I played for about 3–4 hours before being disconnected from the server, and I haven't been able to get back in since. I tried verifying that same IP address, but the system persistently refuses to let me into the game. My ISP assigns me a static IP address, which you can easily verify yourselves. I have always connected using only this whitelisted address. However, I started looking into why this is happening.
Then I discovered that I could connect from the US or Hong Kong, and everything works without any whitelists.
The question is: why can't I play the game using my verified account, yet I *can* play using a sketchy US or Chinese VPN? Why does it let me into the game without even requiring a whitelist?
And one more question: why is the player count so low on Saturdays? And why doesn't your protection work for shit—after all, DDoS attacks can be launched using those IP addresses?
