True (if useable in combat). But since it's kinda extreme compared to just Travel Form. Wouldn't it be kinda fixed if it had for instance a mana cost of 60%? MAYBE it can be cast once, but the Druid will be pretty dried out to continue pressure...
They will just use innervate or drink a potion. Also if they run away, they dont use mana, and if they chase, the target is probably half dead already.
Its just not going to be balanced for PVP.
The only conditions for instant fast travel form may be:
1. Not on bg
2. Not on PVP server
3. Pvp disabled
4. Not in combat
All of them mandatory imo

Couldn't they just have the Swift Travel Form have the speed up method of Plainsrunning where it ramps up in speed but when you get hit you lose it?

So it's instant cast as the normal travel form that ramps up in speed so long as you aren't attacked and lose that speed when you are.

Yeah, I think this is the best way to implement it balance-wise. Let it function like Plainsrunning.
