Fix your launcher

Updating the launcher causes the game to break.
Updating it deleted my wow.exe and sound.mpq files and god know what else...

Now the launch is prompting a aria2c error.

Breakage in my Mint LINUX lutris operated launcher, as well as my wife's Win11 PC.

Updated both launcher and client, fails as soon as you hit the run button on the launcher.

Reloaded entire launcher and client, same errors.

Same for me. Updated launcher and now i get "Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, mkdir 'D:\' " Cant verify game files either and installing the latest version didnt work either.

No communication from the Devs on what's going on here or what to expect?

Check your AV quarantine if you have the aria2c error
Thankfully the crashout only deleted my launcher and not the wow.exe for me
running it directly still appears to work

I was able to get stuff running by running the launcher as administrator on our windows boxes.

Still trying to fix linux.

everyone you don't have to use the freaking launcher. what are you doing???

Tried running WoW.exe directly in wine from the command line, and in lutris. Still getting the same error 132.
