The biggest challenge in a Vanilla+ environment is balancing classes for PvP without accidentally ruining their viability in PvE raids (and vice versa). To fix this, I suggest implementing dynamic scaling—a system where talent trees and abilities remain identical in mechanics, but automatically swap to different numeric values (damage, healing, or CC duration) the moment a player enters PvP combat.
