Goblins to have an option to join both Horde and Alliance

Since Goblin NPCs in the world are neutral to both Alliance and Horde, I always viewed them in a way how Blizzard made the Pandaren - they were able to choose if they join either the Horde or the Alliance. I think Goblins should be able to do the same.

It makes sense lore-wise why they want to be natural to both factions - so they can make a larger profit from both. So it also makes sense why a Goblin would want to work for either of them if it aligns with each Goblin's profit making goals.

There should be a quest around level 10 that gives the choice to Goblin players to join either faction after they complete their starting zone. The quest should involve a decision between helping a Horde NPC or an Alliance NPC and after that they get teleported to either Durotar or Elwynn Forest.

I never saw Goblins as only a Horde race and the Vanilla game having them neutral always confirmed it for me. I always viewed Goblins as a flexible race in terms of their loyalties and one that is able to switch such loyalties when money are involved.

Warcraft 2 and 3 had Goblin units in the Horde baseline, the Alliance didnt.

You are looking at the Goblins as a monolith while the Player Goblins are from a Trade House/Cartel that is associated with the Horde.

And even assuming that they would do that - What would you give Horde in return from the Alliance?
