Aux no longer consumes resources when not in use
...
Aux would perform unnecessary tasks every frame even when not in use. This has been solved by only running those tasks when Aux is actually doing things.

Refactored UI code to run after variables are loaded so that this information can be retrieved before the UI is constructed

Due to how aux loads its frames, the theme currently cannot be toggleable in-game and must be toggled by changing USE_BLIZZARD_THEME in aux-addon.lua
