Road-block 95560748b8 Make masterlooter loot related messages go to the highest available channel (RW > raid). 
Add a '/shooty' chat command for opening the standings for members that have hidden minimap icons.

Road-block 099f7d4561 Prevent the set main popup when player is not guilded. 
Let the masterlooter Alt+Click Loot to Call for Bids (Hint for combinations on loot tooltips)
Tested with default LootFrame + pfUI.

Road-block 82e399ea16 Add a countdown link on the bids window (admins). 
Fix bid refresh when new bid call is done while a previous bid is active.
Fix closing tablets with Esc.
Add an item quality condition (rare+) to bid detection.
Fix GL reset, improve various option descriptions and addon messages.

Road-block 457c95e3d3 Fixes for outlier GP prices across all items, emphasis on T1 and Dragons, fixes to GP scaling. 
Standings list (for members) and other lists (for admins) can now be dismissed with Esc.
Add log window for admins.
Better permission checking, confirmation dialog for some important actions.
Fix Bid detection regex false positives eg.[Elixir of Mongoose].
Remove a bunch of menus and windows for members that they never use.

Road-block 504c279b46 Fix winner announce to include PR to 3 significant digits. 
Remove some debug values from pricelist.
Add suggested EP awards scaled to the zone.
Prevent members of the main raid from adding themselves to standby list(reserves).
Enable Decay Percent option for admins in addition to GL.
