loot: only call LootSlot in vanilla clients
...
This part heavily relies on loot slot limitations in vanilla
that only allow to autoloot when an item was already clicked.
Without those limitations present in TBC, it had the side-effect,
that everything was auto-looted even without confirmation.

chat: fix tab text color
...
The previous implementation looked like the intention was to use a
slightly darker pastel version of the player's class color for the
chat tab texts. But the parens around the addition were forgotten,
which led to the tab text color bring brighter instead of darker.

This fixes an addon conflict with aero [1], which
is used to animate frames, causing them to have
invalid GetRight() values for a short amount of time.

Set point to zero if value and max-value are both zero.
Previously, if both value and max-value were zero, it
displayed the statusbar as 100% due to a division by zero.

Set the scale to previous or 0.85 because the game default
scripts set it to fullscreen scale each time. Additionaly,
as the hook is now in place, it is no longer required to
manually run the default functions when the map gets shown.

nameplates: increase nameplate render performance
...
increase renderer performance by not creating all debuff slots
on each nameplate on creation, but rather only build those who
are really needed on the fly. This heavily reduces the overall
frame- and cooldown anmiation count in most scenarios.
