Brues a917a70b1c Add an expand/collapse-all button to the Reputation tab ...

ClassicAPI 1.18's ExpandAllFactionHeaders and CollapseAllFactionHeaders
set every header in one call. The button sits on the "Faction" label's
row, in the headers' +/- column, and shows "+" while any header is
collapsed.
