Some servers have a hardcoded value of max-bankslot that exceed the maxiumum of available slots.
Having a server return more purchased slots than available, leads to creation of non-existing
bank slot frames that obviously return in errors.

Full fake event based approach was disabled as it caused glitches
when moving bags. Removing the remaining loop by this commit as
the main functions is triggered in the OnEvent anyways.

This module was not ready to be pulled into master. Sorry for the inconveniences.
After the initial fixes I made, there are still some points open:
* dead code for merchant window (no difference to stock ui)
* dead code for mail window (no difference to stock ui)
* bugs out when receiving mails (quickfix broke recipes)
