Twinks ruin PvP

Debate as old as time. In the end blizzard did decide to add xp locked queues, which killed twinking, because twinks are not being created to fight even fights -> Less low level bgs popping.

Question is if the community would vote for less bgs without twinks or for more bgs with twinks. Curious to see the poll results.

just make it so they have their own brackets duh!!!

twinks only twinking to lord over people with less gear, like obviously

pvp in lower brackets still going to work without the fatties because it gives huge XP the only reason were putting up with it in the first place like hello

It's not unreasonable to XP lock at 39 or 49 and farm your BIS items with guildies/friends, progression isnt linear what-so-ever.

You can do this at 19 even and get all the best gear, you may lack on enchants, but there are tons of low level farms and resources to make money when your XP locked as a solo char twink.

"Make a bracket for twinks" doesnt work, because at what gear level/item level determines a twink? furthermore you may as well only make BGs with a bare minimum 5 level difference if this is the argument being made because this is the true problem for people crying about getting smashed by higher levels.

Separate queue for xp locked is a great idea, I was not aware that had been done. And ofc twinking is the optimal way to destroy the value and fun of normal players, so it's an obvious win for the servers.

Heh, which players to put in a spesific battleground is entirely up to the server - which is a fully reverse engineered piece of code that the developers fully control - and that knows if a character is level locked or not. The client is responsible for displaying the group of players returned from the server, hence it does not care if the players returned by the server was 10x39 level locked twinks or a random group of non level locked players. Clearly it does not even care which faction these players come from. Do you need more elaboration?

They get xp (so much it was recently nerfed), and move to the next bracket? Believe it or not, when they go from 39 to 40, they suddenly are not as powerful anymore
