"Make a bracket for twinks" doesnt work, because at what gear level/item level determines a twink? furthermore you may as well only make BGs with a bare minimum 5 level difference if this is the argument being made because this is the true problem for people crying about getting smashed by higher levels.

Blizzard also managed to devolve our game into shit slop over the last 20 yrs, but twink only BGs takes the cake amirite.

The real problem is +5 level difference, and premades.

Twink Brackets occured Post-Wrath in MoP IIRC, please elaborate on the systems and mechanics work to make this possible from an xpac that released 8+ yrs after vanilla and is essentially a different game than the one we play.

Heh, which players to put in a spesific battleground is entirely up to the server - which is a fully reverse engineered piece of code that the developers fully control - and that knows if a character is level locked or not. The client is responsible for displaying the group of players returned from the server, hence it does not care if the players returned by the server was 10x39 level locked twinks or a random group of non level locked players. Clearly it does not even care which faction these players come from. Do you need more elaboration?

Now how does this solve players who will just twink their char the old fashioned way WITHOUT level locking?
