Refactoring: Nampower Integration & SuperWoW Cleanup

* Replaced SuperWoW GUID with native Turtle WoW GUID in focus system
* Added memoization API for `/pfcast` and `/castfocus` performance boost
* Moved Druid mana bar from superwow.lua to nampower.lua
* Cleaned up superwow.lua - removed duplicate/migrated code
* Updated GUI: "Druid Settings" replaces "SuperWoW Settings" header
* Focus system now standalone - no SuperWoW dependency required

- fixed incoming heals not showing up properly on player, target and target of target frames.

- Fixed targeting high-level players overwriting known level with -1
- Chat now shows "??" instead of -1 for unknown levels
- Nameplates now use stored level from database after reload
- Nameplate level color now uses difficulty color when loaded from DB
