This also fixes invalid paths on non-vanilla clients, as
the font-path was not parsed through the pfUI.media[] which
translates pfUI to pfUI-tbc on TBC gameclients.
The 'GetChatWindowInfo' function returns shown as 'false' while the UIParent is hidden (Alt+Z).
Based on that return value, the 'FloatingChatFrame_Update' would remove every chat frame,
that isn't tabbed while the interface is hidden. With this overwrite we prevent the original
'FloatingChatFrame_Update' function from being called during that time to avoid this behaviour.
Don't cancel druid form when clicking on npcs while in combat.
The "Can't speak while shapeshifted" will no longer put you out
of your druid forms while being in combat. This is especially
for bear tanks who better not lose their form while friendly NPCs
are nearby.
macro scans can now be globally disabled via the
"Scan Macros For Spells" option or individually
by adding "#showtooltip disable" to the top of the macro.
With this change, the SpellTargetUnit() function is preferred
over the TargetUnit(). However this only works if a non-friendly
target is currently selected and the mouseover is a friendly one.
If a self cast is detected, the SpellTargetUnit() function will
be used to avoid a target change. Auto-attacks now continue on
self casts because the target has no longer to be changed.
Using the effective scale of the minimap leads to very small icons
after /rl, if the minimap scale has been touched before the addon buttons
module initialized. Removing the effective scale calculation didn't seem
to break anything so far during my tests.
This part heavily relies on loot slot limitations in vanilla
that only allow to autoloot when an item was already clicked.
Without those limitations present in TBC, it had the side-effect,
that everything was auto-looted even without confirmation.
This fixes an addon conflict with aero [1], which
is used to animate frames, causing them to have
invalid GetRight() values for a short amount of time.

Set point to zero if value and max-value are both zero.
Previously, if both value and max-value were zero, it
displayed the statusbar as 100% due to a division by zero.
Set the scale to previous or 0.85 because the game default
scripts set it to fullscreen scale each time. Additionaly,
as the hook is now in place, it is no longer required to
manually run the default functions when the map gets shown.
Some servers refuse to send mails with a higher length
than the usual. It's inconvenient to guess the maximum
length if the mail window doesn't make you stop typing
increase renderer performance by not creating all debuff slots
on each nameplate on creation, but rather only build those who
are really needed on the fly. This heavily reduces the overall
frame- and cooldown anmiation count in most scenarios.
Some items with huge cooldowns (like Salt Shaker) send remaining
cooldown times that are way higher than they should be. You often
see a cooldown of 52d and alike. This seems to have "reasons" and
is fixed by this commit. All credits to the guys at:

Due to crashes/freezes while moving some frames, one possible
reason could be that pfUI was using OnMouseDown and OnMouseUp
to run its frame-moving code. I have noticed better performance
when using the intended functions, OnDragStart and OnDragStop
to move frames.
This commit changes every occurrence of such functions and splits
drag and click into seperate functions where required.
