Take over from ShaguTweaks when both are installed
...
ShagaTweaks and the original ShaguTweaks share the ShaguTweaks namespace,
so running both applies every tweak twice. When the original is loaded too,
ShagaTweaks now stays idle for that session and turns ShaguTweaks and
ShaguTweaks-extras off, so from the next login or /reload only ShagaTweaks
runs. Settings carry over: both addons save ShaguTweaks_config and
ShaguTweaks_cache, so the session that has both writes the original's
settings into ShagaTweaks' saved variables.

Stop heal prediction erroring on vanilla clients with ClassicAPI
...
libpredict registered the tbc spellcast and combat log events on every
client and relied on vanilla never firing them. A vanilla client with an
API backport such as ClassicAPI fires UNIT_SPELLCAST_START as well, without
UnitCastingInfo, so every cast raised "attempt to call global
'UnitCastingInfo'". Register those events on the tbc client only; vanilla
keeps using its own SPELLCAST events.

Rename the addon to ShagaTweaks
...
The addon folder, toc files and title are now ShagaTweaks, and the modules
that load their own textures look them up in the ShagaTweaks folder.
The Lua namespace (ShaguTweaks) and the saved variables (ShaguTweaks_config,
ShaguTweaks_cache) keep their names, so existing settings carry over and
addons that integrate with ShaguTweaks keep working. /st also answers to
/shagatweaks.
