You’re purposely ignoring the screenshot of the GM admitting that anyone can need on anything they want, regardless of whether it’s an upgrade for them or not. That is the problem, and it’s something EVERYONE who is against this post keeps intentionally ignoring, choosing instead to focus on the pants when they literally don't matter when it comes to what the GM confirmed about needing in dungeons.

That’s what you should be embarrassed about, honestly.

are those all his answers or am i missing something here?

Suddenly no ninjaing took place, suddenly no GM did anything immoral.

This whole thread is embarrassing. You are embarrassing.

The GM never said that. You are falsely inferring he said that. Look at your screenshots, I just did.

He basically said if you established loot rules, which according to you are you can only roll on items that suit the spec / role you are currently filling, then someone rolling need on a healer item as a dps is ninja looting / breaking the rules.(like a shaman enhance dps role rolling on +healing gear)

So one you never did that, and two, these pants are good for a dps paladin, as well as a tank paladin. Which he was a dps.

Stop trying to shift the narrative to the GM saying ninja looting is fine, because that was never explicitly stated anywhere in your screenshot.

"If no loot rules were established before the run began, this is considered a player dispute and support cannot intervene."

This means that, if I'm playing a mage, for example, and some healing-only gloves drop with "+Healing spells" on them, I can need on them because I want to transmog them or something, without discussing it beforehand or making sure everyone is okay with it. The healer gets angry because they obviously wanted those gloves for healing, calls a GM, and the interaction would be exactly the same as the one shown in the screenshots. The GM will not do anything because "no loot rules were established before the run began."

If you genuinely cannot see how this kind of moderation is a problem for maintaining good social interactions in dungeons, then you're just purposely being a lapdog. There's a reason ninjalooting is punishable on 99% of private servers.

Again, you are falsely inferring he made a general statement about the scenario you presented in your last post.

He was responding to your ticket, and your situation is not the same as the example you gave, which is why he gave you that response.

You are insufferable.

You cannot be this dense. The GM gave the rules of the server that he has to adhere to, so obviously they would apply to the scenario I gave as well. You purposely being naive for the sake of being a lapdog is the only insufferable thing.

what? where does be says that? are you hallucinating?

The dps prot paladin rolled need on a dps/prot paladin item.

The GM said that's how the Group Loot system works, and he's right.

You Raven shills can go fuck themselves, stop trying to make Octo look bad, and go back to your shitty server where prot paladins can't roll on spell power items as to not offend some snowflakes like OP or you.

It wasn’t ninja looting, so it defaults to the ruling he stated. If it was an outright ninja loot, he would’ve said differently, such as the scenario you presented.

Sad person you are, trolling or not.

Nice argument, just make up some bullshit because you realized that ninja looting is allowed by the rules given by the GM

Do the rules he gave not apply to the scenario I presented, or is there something I'm missing? Are you saying GMs have different server rules depending on the scenario? Weird. You're so confident that they would change the server rules depending on the loot that it seems like a delusion brought on by your desperate need to defend them.
