libspell: replace unpack with static returns
...
Due to known garbage issues when calling unpack
too often by using the wow lua 5.0 api, removing
unpack and replacing it by static return values

panel: replace update inventory alert events
...
This event is now disabled as most servers flood this event
even on other peoples durability changes. Therefore the event
would run about 50 times per minute (depending on the population)
while being in AFK in a capital city. We hopefully might be able
to bring that back, once the most popular servers accept the fix.
