Brues 8b239a5532 Castbars: hide idle bars instead of fading them to alpha 0 
An idle bar stayed shown at alpha 0, so its OnUpdate ran every frame. The fade-out now ends in Hide, a cast shows the bar, and unlock mode keeps it shown for dragging.
