Brues 9187155ea6 Cast bar: the tradeskill spark rides a timer-driven fill, drop the OnUpdate
The per-craft spark of a merged tradeskill chain sits on the edge of an
invisible status bar that fills from cb.craft (ClassicAPI v1.19.1), so
nothing moves it by hand each frame.
