I have two quests to hand in, [Dragonkin Annoyance!] and [Reunite Tribe-Tribe!], in the Wetlands and the NPCs I have to hand the quests in to are missing. They might be dead, killed by a Horde player, I'm not sure, but I've been questing in the area for like an hour now and the quest givers are still not here. Their names are Gowlfang and Bogpaw Truthsay. Not sure what their respawn times are but they were definitely here a couple days ago as I was able to pick the quests in question up from them. I'd be very grateful if anyone could look into this. Thanks!
