Names aren't being shared between realms anymore #33

Describe the Issue:<br />
I can create characters with the same name in C'Thun and N'Zoth.

How to reproduce:<br />
Just try to create them?

How is it supposed to work:<br />
They should be mutually exclusive

    Possibly related to this:

    I died in HC. I moved to N'Zoth through the Dark Portal. Then, I deleted in N'Zoth to go again in C'Thun. But can't recreate in C'Thun anymore, I get a name unavailable message.

    If I remove in N'Zoth, I can recreate in N'Zoth, no problem. If I recreate in C'Thun, I can't.

    I can remove or recreate any other character fine in both realms, so I suppose the issue / DB inconsistency must has happened somewhere on the transfer from one realm to other.

    Update:

    I've deleted 2 characters, and tried again. Now is correct. only one name per realm (Although, if I haven't removed them, I would still have 2 characters with the same name in both realms, so no cleanup on the database yet?).

    We have had a few issues with the name sharing schema that we are using recently, should get them all ironed out before the PvP server though.
