<p>Describe the Issue:&nbsp; I stopped gaining rested experience in a tavern when I should still gain it.&nbsp; I can see the marker showing where rested experience stops on my experience bar, but it does not advance while in the tavern.<br><br>How to reproduce:&nbsp; I'm not entirely sure.&nbsp; It happened after leveling up in Duskwood.&nbsp; I was in Darkshire.&nbsp; I turned in a quest (I was not in the tavern).&nbsp; I dinged from level 30 to 31.&nbsp; When I went into the tavern I was not gaining rested experience.&nbsp; Once I logged out and came back in the rested experience began accumulating again.<br><br>How is it supposed to work:&nbsp; A character should continue to gain rested experience after leveling without having to log out.<br><br>Character the bug occurred on:&nbsp; Panzerente</p>
