Describe the Issue:<br /> I am unable to learn my priest racial spells: I've tried speaking to every high elf priest trainer, as well as going to the place where there is supposed to be a npc that gives the quest, but the npc is not here.

How to reproduce:<br /> Going to Alah'Thalas, there is no method to learn the high elf priest racials.
<br />
How is it supposed to work:<br /> There should either be a npc who gives a quest to learn the priest racials, or the priest trainers should offer the possibility to learn the racial spells.
