<p>Describe the Issue:<br>When have improved shout it does not actually show the right tooltip among character buffs. And it gets overriden by a battleshout with higher base attack power increase but without the talent imrpoved shouts.</p>
<p>what happened:<br>warrior with improved shouts activates battle shout, +70 attack power. in top right corner shows +56 attack power. on character stats it shows + 70 attack power. another warrior 2 level higher activates battle shout without improved shouts. in top right corner shows +58 attack power, in character stats shows +58 attack power. so -12 attack power. +70 attack power battle shout should not get overriden by +58 attack power battle shout.</p>
<p>How to reproduce:<br>take one warrior with improved shouts do battle shoutr and let higher level warrior without improved shouts do battle shout and it will be a decrease in attack power.</p>
<p>How is it supposed to work:<br>battle shout with highest attack power increase should stay. not get replaced.</p>
