<p>How to reproduce:&lt;br /&gt;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Approach the NPC (location/name TBD).<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Notice the available quest marker on the minimap.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Interact and start a conversation with the NPC.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Observe that no option to accept the quest appears.<br>&lt;br /&gt;</p>
<p>How is it supposed to work:&lt;br /&gt;<br>Upon speaking to the NPC, a dialogue option to accept [Overlapping Investigations] should appear. After accepting, the quest should be added to the quest log.<br>&lt;br /&gt;</p>
