I Remember the Skeletal Horrors in DuskWood doing a Fear, hence their name Skeletal Horror, however they seem to not have / Use that ability on OctoWow

How to reproduce:<br />
Fight Skeletal Horrors, they never do the Fear
<br />
How is it supposed to work:<br />
They should occasionaly do their FEAR / Horror Ability
<br />
