<p>Describe the Issue:<br>Many custom turtle quests are not shareable but they should be. Also many are flagged to not show rewards until quest is completed and turned in (no vanilla quest has this flag set).<br><br>How to reproduce:<br>There are too many quests to list here individually. You can easly see quest flags in your database.<br><br>How is it supposed to work:<br>If quest doesnt give any item, doesnt cast any spell on player and is not started from an item then it should be shareable (perhaps there are more conditions im not thinking of).<br><br>Character the bug occurred on:<br>Tips, Spif</p>
