Warlock pet often gone after BG revive #573

<p>Describe the Issue:<br>In BGs, i often revive without my demon pet.</p>
<p>How to reproduce:<br>Join a BG, Have a demon pet out (Succubus, Felhunter or Void walker), get killed, wait for revive. It does not always happen, but so far for me it happened around 50% of times.</p>
<p>How is it supposed to work:<br>Revive with the latest pet you had active, unless it was a greater demon.</p>
<p>Character the bug occurred on:<br>Asarr</p>

    Yes!
    I will also + this issue.

    It would be nice also if we spawned with a pet and it doesn't consume a Soulshard please.
    If our pet was dead when we died that's different i guess but please, can we spawn with a Pet or at the very minimum give us a shard when we die.

    10 sec cast time on every single BG respawn, please fix ASAP

    This should be fixed with the latest update as well as hunter pet issues as well
