Describe the Issue:

Enlighten can proc multiple times from one spell and this proc doesn't seem to have internal CD. This not only deals instant uncontroled damage to Priest but also it severely hurts Discipline Priest's efficiency as a supporter because there is limited amount of procs it can have over certain period of time. If it procs 3 times instantly from one spell, the buff will ultimately last shorter amount of time than in the situation where it procs the same 3 times but between longer intervals.

How to reproduce:

Enlighten yourself or friend. Cast spells. Sometimes observe double/tripple procs.

How is it supposed to work:

Enlighten proc should have internal CD similar to Searing Light one. For example there could be 3 seconds CD between possible procs.

Character the bug occurred on: Zvyrol
