Describe the Issue:<br />
could not gain honorable kill after killing an enemy player.
could not obtain soul shard after channeling drain soul on a player while the player is dying to the drain soul because there's no "honorable kill" to be gained.

How to reproduce:<br />
just go kill a player, regardless of faction
<br />
How is it supposed to work:<br />
you're supposed to be able to get honorable kill after you kill a player within the level range
<br />

    The bonus honor for battleground days is also off value.
    Arathi ticks for 50 Honor every 300 resources instead the intended 198.

    Finishing honor mark quest also gives no honor

    Could you please skip the weekly rank drop next Wednesday? It's really hard to earn Honor right now when these things aren't working properly

    With all those ddos attacks we cannot play much in the evenings, and even when bgs happen on the pvp server during the day, we get little to no honor.. This one needs to be fixed asap

    We have limited server availability on top of getting constant deserter debuffs from getting kicked from the server and now this!
    Please don’t punish PvP players for now reason with upcoming honor decay
