Describe the Issue:<br /> High Elves don't have their home city flight point unlocked by default

How to reproduce:<br />
Start a new character as High Elf, unlock the Eastern Plaguelands Light's Hope Chapel flight point and try to fly from there. To my knowledge this is the only flightpath that is connected.

Alternatively start a new character as High Elf, go to the Alah'Thalas flight point and check if there is a green exclamation mark. if there is, then it's incorrect.

How is it supposed to work:<br /> Other races start with the flight point of their home city unlocked. E.G. Humans have the Stormwind flight point unlocked without ever talking to the NPC. So if a human tries to fly from westfall without ever having been to Stormwind, they can still fly there.
