My group was running DM and a mob ported forward. We kept going and when we got to the foundry area I open the door and all the mobs came through and wipe 4/5 of our members. The druid in our group got footage. It looks like the mob that bugged out and ported forward got put into the next room and agro all the mobs. When we open door they were all able to come through. Players who died Me (Ithrynn), Nymerya, Cenareus (Has footage), Perdaboll.
