We had huge lags the whole run and u can see on the death timer it was not 10 - 20 mins after lol

The Ingame name of that guy is draxin btw a very toxic player, check his whispers.

We unfortunately do not see any server wide or network level issues at the time of death. The closest DDoS wave to this death is 5 minutes after. Please be sure to record dungeon runs especially as that could have provided the evidence needed for an approval.
