Got disconnected as I was doing the Ordanus quest and died because of it, wasn't able to cast anything for like 10 seconds with a message "another action is in progress", after that it just disconnected me and I died. Situation was clearly out of my control and I would like to appeal a revive because of it.
We do see network wide issues during the exact time of your death. Granted
