Dear Devs of Octwow, I have known Luci since I started my adventure on Hc realms of Octowow. I fully support this appeal. I also testify from my interactions with Luci, that he is an honest and fair member in the server. I speak with him on discord often. I personally saw him lagging in SW before, and can confirm that his connection is not very stable. I don't know from which country he is playing, but his connection is definitely less stable than mine (Belgium here). He also struggled a lot more than me during the whole DDOS situation. Luci has been a very helpful and outstanding member of our community who encouraged me to start playing Octowow and to keep playing it. Thank you for your time and consideration.
